
Greg Swenson is a founding partner of Brigg Macadam Ltd, and emerging market investment banking firm in London. He has over twenty years of banking, alternative investments, and global markets experience.
Greg held several positions at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, including Head of North American Middle Market Sales, and Head of Corporate Risk Advisory in the Midwestern United States. More recently he was President of Agincourt Ltd in Bermuda.
Mr. Swenson spent his first eleven years in the industry at Lehman Brothers, holding several positions in the fixed income area from 1992 to 2003.
He holds an undergraduate degree from Boston College and MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University. Greg is a frequent business and political commentator on BBC, CNN and other media platforms.

Sarah Elliott most recently served as the chair of Republicans Overseas UK (2017-2021), and remains an active Republicans Overseas UK Board member, spokesperson, as well as, chair of The Hamilton Society. Her background is in GOP politics, having worked for Grover Norquist at Americans for Tax Reform, Americans for Prosperity, and a veteran of many Republican political campaigns such as Bush/Cheney ‘04. Sarah started her career in Washington, D.C. with the Republican National Committee’s major donor programs.
Sarah is often called upon to defend the Republican or US conservative view in all the major U.K. media outlets and in live events.
Previously, Sarah served as managing director for the American European Business Association (AEBA) in London. The AEBA is an exclusive, dynamic discussion forum designed to inform senior executives of major transatlantic corporations on key business, economic and political topics under the Chatham House Rule.
She received her B.A. in International Affairs with honours and a concentration in Spanish from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA, USA. She also studied abroad at the University of Pablo de Olavide in Seville, Spain.
Sarah lives in South London with her husband and their 2 young daughters.

Erol Morkoc is an American entrepreneur, political strategist, and spokesperson for Republicans Overseas U.K. where he serves as Vice Chair of External Relations. In 2015, he founded California Trans-Pacific to provide independent broker services to facilitate international relationships and the transaction of luxury commodities. This transitioned over the past few years into his current work as a private contractor in the defense industry with a focus on armored vehicles and defense technologies. In conjunction, he is a frequent political commentator on the BBC, as well as a multitude of both British and international media organizations. Alongside his extensive experience personally and professionally across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East he also has strong ties to Turkey, where he was born. He is an advisor and strategic consultant for Pro Grup, an Izmir-based textile company with international clients in Europe, North America, and Asia.
Academically he holds a B.A. with Honours in History from the University of California Berkeley. Additionally, he holds an MSc with Honours in Economic History from the University of St Andrews. Notably, he is the recipient of multiple academic and governmental research grants to conduct archival research across the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom. During this time he also served as a grant manager for a small NGO in Luderitz Namibia focused on empowering free speech by providing radio frequency access to young people eager to have a public voice. Currently, he splits his time between the U.K., UAE, and the USA.
